Career Summary
Nigel started his career in the Banking Sector and specialised in the management of change, productivity/performance enhancement, and people development. He has lived and worked in the UK, India and Sri Lanka and also undertaken short assignments in various other countries.
More than two decades ago he moved into Productivity & Performance Consulting in the UK. Nigel moved back to India to set up Corporate Vitality India Pvt. Ltd., with the exclusive license for distribution and support of The McQuaig System® of psychometric assessment in this country. This move brings to Indian companies the opportunity to utilise the powerful tool set in-house to select, manage, motivate, develop and retain for high performance.
His expertise in using The McQuaig System® along with his practical experience have enabled him to provide effective, results-oriented and holistic strategies to many companies. They also support his coaching, training and developing of managers at all levels towards achieving greater results.
